Training of trainers plan on the three axes

A training plan for the trainer on the three axes (using technology, developing electronic content, teaching skills)
• Use of technology:
The trainers are trained for a period of (15 training hours) on acquiring basic concepts related to technology and identifying its applications in education. At the end of the training, the trainer is expected to be able to:
1. Effective planning and design of technology-supported education.
2. Using technology to facilitate the evaluation process.
3. Using technology to develop his performance and professional practice.
4. Entering the platform and using the intermediate systems used in the educational process.
5. Ensure that you have the necessary tools to deliver electronic training efficiently.
6. The ability to deal with scientific material technically, attendance systems and examination systems.
7. Safe use of technology resources.
• Electronic content development:
The trainers are trained for a period of (15 training hours) on designing and developing electronic content using the computer and its various applications, and then publishing and presenting it to students and the possibility of choosing from among various alternatives to learning resources and interactive media according to the needs of each student. Whether it is synchronous or asynchronous and the use of learning management systems, and educational content management systems

• Teaching skills:
Our trainers receive training to acquire teaching skills on the following stages:
Technical stage: It includes me
1. Mastering basic computer skills.
2. Use of learning management systems and educational content management systems.
3. Use of online social media platforms in academic settings.

Design stage: it includes me
1. Develop an integrated description of the material.
2. Mastering the skill of designing electronic educational content.
3. Mastering the subject and using appropriate electronic learning tools.
4. Mastering the skill of diversifying teaching methods, encouraging teamwork and searching for answers.
5. To design the material in accordance with the requirements of the supervising authority.
6. Updating the electronic educational content, taking into account the individual differences between students.
The stage of the administrative system: it includes me
1. Be sure to follow up on electronic attendance.
2. Ensuring students' interaction by involving them in the educational process.
3. Follow-up of students, their achievement and the development of their understanding of the subject.
4. Continuous and fair evaluation.
