In synchronous courses, there is direct communication during the course with the trainees and answering any questions they have through chat for virtual classes or live chat.

In synchronous and asynchronous courses, special forums are set up through the center’s website, WhatsApp, or Telegram to dialogue with the trainees and answer their inquiries by the trainer and the center.
In asynchronous sessions, technical support answers questions through a number of channels

6. Review all published discussion topics before adding any response or publishing any topic to prevent repetition.
7. Make sure when sending attachments that they can be reviewed by others.
