1. Means of responding to trainee inquiries through the following techniques

System messages (through system learning)

WhatsApp (for urgent or emergency)

Telephone (for urgent or emergency)

2- The mechanism for answering the trainee’s inquiries

Urgent inquiries are answered via WhatsApp or direct contact via the institute's fixed phone only, and not through the trainer's mobile phone.

Regular inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
