A mechanism for following up on trainees
The trainee is followed up for each course registered on a weekly basis by making sure that attendance is kept up and a commitment to enter the virtual classes in the event of simultaneous training.
As well as following up on the tasks accomplished after each lecture in synchronous or asynchronous training, and making sure that the projects and activities required are periodically raised.
A monthly test is conducted to determine the trainee's level of mastery of the material and the progress achieved, as well as a final test.
A monthly report is sent to the trainee, including assessment and grades, for review and discussion.
Through the e-learning platform, reports are available for the trainee to view the evaluation by the trainer and feedback on the tasks.
