Course Overview:

Awareness and internal audit techniques are among the most important tools for compliance in highly regulated industries.

This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to plan and conduct internal audits based on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems and the principles of auditing management systems according to ISO 22000:2018
The ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System is the latest version of an international standard designed for the food industry.

This course is designed to guide you through the principles, requirements and practices of ISO 22000 and learn how to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system. It also helps in managing food safety related documentation such as Request for Corrective Action reports or non-conformity reports, customer complaints and audit trails.
